Ray and Juan have made my stay feel especially warm and enjoyable. They're attentive, positive, and clearly care about the guests. The whole team has been welcoming and professional since I arrived, and the room is beautiful with great amenities. So far, I'm loving it and hope the rest of my stay is just as wonderful!
Juan made us feel welcome the whole time. He was so helpful and professional, and his positive attitude and great service made the stay even better. Thanks for going above and beyond!
The property was fantastic, and Juan's friendly, attentive service made it feel like home. He went above and beyond for us. A 10/10 stay at Habitat Residence, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable and welcoming.
Ray really helped make my stay at Habitat Hotel wonderful. He was welcoming and professional when I arrived, and stayed attentive throughout. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and had what I needed.
We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace and its skyline view. The room was clean and well kept, and the staff were all friendly and courteous. Gerald deserves a special mention for a lovely chat and for sharing tips for my evening in Miami. The location is peaceful but still central, with the nearest supermarket under a five-minute walk and Brickell center about 5-10 minutes away on foot.
