The Roads - Brickell Miami House

We stayed here the night before our cruise and I'd definitely come back. My room was spotless, and I liked the soaps and lotions they provided. The hotel is very nice, with great staff, a nice pool, and lots of comfortable spots to sit and relax. Breakfast was one of the better hotel spreads I've had, with chicken sausage, eggs, bagels and breads, pancakes, fresh yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, and fruit. Everything was hot, fresh, and kept stocked.

We had a great stay before our cruise and wouldn't hesitate to return for another. The hotel felt safe, was in a convenient spot, and was clean and modern. Our room fit four of us with two queen beds, and I liked that there was no carpet. Breakfast was complimentary and minimal, but convenient and enough before heading to port. We could walk to several restaurants, a liquor store, and a grocery store for last-minute items. Brickell's central area by the water was also an easy walk. In the morning, an easy Uber or Lyft got us quickly to the port.

The location was great, and the team made our work event feel almost stress-free. Maria, our group contact, went above and beyond to handle whatever we needed. The front desk staff were professional, warm, and kind, especially Simone, Jennifer, Sterling, Pedro, Hassan, and Julissa. Our whole group was impressed. I’d happily recommend Tru by Hilton Miami West Brickell.

For a Miami trip where you want something dependable without paying for luxury, this place worked well. It felt new and well cared for, and the rooms had a bright, modern look. They were clean and more comfortable than I expected. I’d consider staying at Tru by Hilton again.
