Casa Rosa All Women's Hostel

Casa Rosa is such a special find, and I’m grateful I came across it. The location is amazing, the place is super clean, and the women sharing the house are wonderful. Pam was the best hostess I’ve ever had. My time there was perfect.

The location makes errands easy, tucked between Little Haiti and Wynwood with shops and coffee spots close by. It’s also much cheaper than paying $100 or more for a hotel. The rooms are shared, as you’d expect in a hostel, but it’s women-only, which felt very safe. Pam, the owner, has made a welcoming space for women from all backgrounds. She works hard to help you feel secure from arrival through your stay, and she handles guests’ needs and concerns promptly. She comes across as more professional than other hostel owners I’ve encountered in the city. I’d absolutely recommend it to women looking for a safe place to unwind and enjoy Miami. 20/10.

I had a hard time saying goodbye to Pamela and the other women, but it’s reassuring to know casa rosa is there if I need somewhere temporary again. The hospitality for the price is hard to beat, and I’d definitely return. I’ve stayed twice, each time for about a week while between apartments. Both visits, I was surprised by how clean and cozy it felt. Pamela is wonderful and gives women a safe place when they need one. It feels like a home, not a hostel. There’s laundry on site and regular housekeeping. Pamela also provides a lot: pots and pans, blankets, yoga mats, coffee, tea, snacks, a big-screen TV with streaming services, and a styling station with a blow dryer, flat iron, and curling iron. The neighborhood has plenty to do, whether you want to wander around or take it easy. There are lots of little restaurants and shops nearby, plus Publix, CVS, Walgreens, Bank of America, ATMs, the Design Distric and Miami Midtown within a short walk. I felt safe and at home as soon as I arrived at Casa Rosa. Everything was nicely organized, clean, comfortable, and charming, with colorful bedrooms. The atmosphere was relaxed and respectful. Everyone was kind and friendly while giving each other room. I was lucky with my roommates, and enjoyed sharing breakfasts, drinks, and conversations with people from around the world. Check-in starts at 3 PM, and early or very late check-in is available for $10. Pamela, the manager, is great and fair, and makes the place feel like home. A safe, affordable, quality stay in Miami. I recommend it!
