Pullman Miami Airport was a lovely stay. The shuttle was very convenient, and the hotel is only minutes from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the place feel welcoming. My room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. Breakfast came with the stay, with lots of options at the buffet, and there’s a restaurant on site for dinner. The lobby is big and comfortable, and the pool area is a relaxing spot. Highly recommend.

Our flight got in early, and Darryl at the front desk was incredibly patient and made us comfortable while we waited for a room. We might have been waiting for hours without his help. We could grab breakfast in the meantime, and it was so good we went back for more. Thank you, Darryl, for such wonderful service!

We had a nice stay during our long layover. The hotel was clean, with a stylish, relaxing atmosphere, and the food and drink options were good. The shower in our room had very low water pressure and wasn’t working properly, though our friends in the other room had no problems.

The room and service didn’t come close to what I expected for a hotel charging this much and calling itself 4-star. It felt more like a budget stay at a premium price. The room was dark and dated, and the bed was much too soft, with worn springs that made a decent night’s sleep difficult. There was no minibar, and nothing explained how to use the Wi-Fi, TV, or hotel services. Housekeeping did clean the bathroom, but the rest of the room seemed overlooked during daily service. It felt like they were doing the bare minimum. In a competitive market like Miami, I expected better hospitality. I hope management takes care of the maintenance and service problems.

The breakfast had a great selection and was really delicious. Our room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I had a wonderful stay, everything was perfect, and I’d definitely come back.
