It was sold to me as a hotel, but felt like a dirty Airbnb. The place was disgusting, with a bloody mattress, and I have photos to prove it. They didn’t finish cleaning until 9:00 pm. Even after the basic cleaning, we still couldn’t really use the room because of that mattress.

The room was dirty, wasn’t ready when I arrived, and the A/C didn’t work. I know things can go wrong, but no one I talked to seemed able to help, and the call center in India didn’t know what was happening. Awful experience.

Don’t book through expedia or another partner. The property has privately run units, so the front desk can’t help with them. There are so many different people operating things that there’s no host to address concerns. Everyone just sends you to somebody else.
