The H Hotel

The staff were really nice, and the pool and gym were pretty good. The hot tub, though, was dirty and barely warm. The walkway was slippery, with no salt put down. Our room was okay but not very clean: there was someone else's hair on the bathroom floor, and the bathroom was dusty. The shower pressure was poor, and you have to get into the shower to turn it on because the door won't slide. For what it costs, the quality doesn't live up to the hype.

We chose the H hotel so our wedding party could get ready there before the ceremony, and it worked out great. The room was set up well, with enough space for everyone to do hair and makeup with curling irons. They brought mimosas at the times we requested and offered good catering choices for a lunch to keep us going. The representative was easy to work with while planning the day. The location was great for taking photos near the tridge and park beforehand, too. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable throughout.

We've made this hotel part of our Christmas tradition for three years, and we'll keep coming back. It's beautiful and just a short walk from the Christmas town, Santa, and the holiday activities. We usually book a suite for the decorated Christmas tree in the room. This year there wasn't one, and the front desk told me they weren't doing that anymore. I was disappointed, and so was my son, since the tree is one of the reasons we choose that room. Before we'd even unpacked, a very kind front desk staff member brought up a tree on the luggage rack, along with Christmas pillows for the couch and bed. That generosity meant a lot. I'll keep recommending the H hotel. Happy holidays, and thank you!

Victoria was the best part of our wedding experience at the H Hotel. She was our main contact from the first tour onward, and she was energetic, kind, accommodating, and ready to answer every question. The catering staff were attentive throughout, and they made the planning process exceptional. The venue is gorgeous and worked perfectly for having the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one place. We also held brunch the next morning in the Fireside Lounge. The food was top notch, and our guests were impressed by the flavors and quality of every dish. It's rare to serve delicious, well-made food at an event with more than 200 people. I highly recommend the H Hotel and plan to return for another special event.
