The beds were uncomfortable, and the sheets smelled unpleasant and felt very cheap. The shower also wasn’t working right, and its laminate was peeling apart. We were very disappointed with the condition of the room. At the front desk, we overheard inappropriate language, and the staff’s attitude came across as hostile and unwelcoming. Cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism are basic expectations, and this place fell short on them. We wouldn’t stay here again.

The room itself was clean, and for a quick night at this price it wasn’t bad. But I wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay. The person at check-in was rude, the sink and shower drained poorly, and I had to put something in the sink to make it drain. There was a really foul smell on the second floor, and the beds and pillows smelled of cigarette smoke.

The toilet overflowed, and all the help I got was a plunger. My phone never worked, and the microwave was broken. The pool is outside, so there’s no indoor swimming, and there was no decaf coffee or breakfast. Housekeeping came into my room while I was asleep, and there’s no Do Not Disturb sign. They asked if I’d checked out, even though I’d paid for three weeks. It felt like a knockoff LV.

I had my kids with me and didn’t feel safe. People were hanging around the property, the outside smelled like urine and dog poop, and police kept driving through the parking lot. They even came inside asking about someone they were looking for in connection with crimes. In the next room, a woman was yelling and crying, and I don’t know what was going on. The hotel is run down. The staff were rude, the room and bathroom weren’t properly clean, and there weren’t enough towels or washcloths. There was a long hair in the tub, the microwave and air fryer didn’t work, and it was a terrible experience.
