I only stopped because I urgently needed a restroom while passing through late at night. The ladies' room was out of order, and the men's toilet was clogged, so I had to ask the front desk woman for help. She cleared it and let me in, then checked on me once, which seemed polite. A little later she came back saying I'd been in there “over an hour.” That was an exaggeration, and it was rude to make me explain that I wasn't feeling well and had taken longer than expected. There was no posted time limit, and I thought hotels were meant to be hospitable. I wouldn't have stopped otherwise. Then a police car pulled into the lot while I was writing this. I don't know whether she called them, but the whole thing was unnecessary and completely unacceptable. I'll avoid this hotel. A gas station would be a better choice, and I don't recommend this place.

The room and lobby were clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. Parking was decent too. I'd recommend the hotel to family and friends. I was confused by the random texts asking me to rate my stay and have my bill emailed, though. When I replied, I realized I wasn't sure if I was actually talking to the hotel.

I wouldn't stay here. The property manager was very rude and showed no sense of hospitality. Your time and money would be better spent elsewhere.

The hotel is in a great spot and is a really nice place. I booked 10 rooms, and although my name was on them and my credit card paid, IHG didn't give me the points. I'll take my business to Hilton, where they honor you, or me.

The reviews had me worried, but my stay turned out better than some of them suggested. The room was clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. I also liked the quality soap and shampoo in the bathroom, much better than a little hard soap bar and tiny bottles. I'd stay again if work brings me back to the area.
