Country Inn Suites By Radisson St Cloud West Mn

We stayed one night with my girls because we had an early appointment. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was decent. The hot tub wasn’t working, and the rain shower faucet was nice but didn’t have much pressure. One note: Google Maps put us down the road instead of at the actual hotel, though maybe that was just me.

Maggie, the manager, made sure our family had the accommodations we needed while we were in town for a funeral. We spent 6 nights, and I’d suggested the hotel to other relatives who were coming too. Check-in and checkout went smoothly, everyone was courteous, and our room, the pool area, and breakfast area were clean and well equipped as usual. Allen did a great job looking after breakfast and was lovely to talk with. We’ve stayed at Country Inn Saint Cloud West for years, a couple of times each year when visiting family, and it’s never disappointed us. There were issues with the hot tub and elevator this time: the boiler had broken, and a replacement part was back ordered, while the elevator was repaired quickly. The hotel had explained the hot tub problem, and the elevator issue was beyond their control too. We asked to move to the 1st floor, and the front desk gentleman, I think his name was Chris, handled it for us. It’s always been a great place to stay, and we’ll be back.

The pool area is on the small side, but the other amenities make up for that. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was firm. The bedding itself wasn’t great. It’s a nice, quiet place to stay.
