Natashia made our anniversary night at the Homewood feel special, leaving us treats and a lovely note to mark the occasion. My husband and I were on a road trip for our 12th anniversary and just happened upon the hotel. The room was spacious and nice, and I loved looking out the window. We could walk to lots of attractions, and the Market place nearby had good dinner options. We'd come back when we're in the area.

We stayed during Summerfest week in summer 2025 and had a good view of the Cream City buildings from the sixth floor. The lobby's exposed brick is a nice nod to the building's history, and the staff were great. Breakfast and the Wednesday social were nice too. At the time of this review, guests could use two Tesla wall chargers for free. That was especially helpful while the driveway was being freshly painted, and they should advertise it. I'd stay here again on another Milwaukee visit.

The location is excellent, just three minutes from the public market, restaurants, and bars, and the valet guys were friendly. But the housekeeping was disgusting. I stayed a week for work and had service every other day, yet they didn't vacuum. There was hair, dirt, and someone's nail on the floor. The room was spacious and had all the amenities you'd want, but it felt very outdated and run down, apart from the TV. The bed wasn't comfortable, though the pillows were okay. Reception was okay but came across a bit amateurish. No slippers, either. I won't be back. The rooms need a major upgrade, and the service needs to improve.

The staff were kind, responsive, and easy to work with from the start. That gave us real peace of mind while my daughter stayed there for her summer internship, since finding short-term housing downtown in Milwaukee is VERY challenging. Her room was comfortable, well-kept with regular maid service, and had a gorgeous view. She had a fantastic breakfast each morning, could keep up her routine in the gym, and found the on-site laundry very convenient. It was an outstanding experience, and I can't say enough about how well the staff cared for her.

The location is hard to beat, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was surprised by how modern it felt, with good-sized rooms and nice architecture. Breakfast was a step up from the usual free hotel fare, at least to my taste, with healthier choices. I'm glad I found this place. It exceeded what I expected from Homewood Suites.
