The neighborhood is central, a few minutes from downtown, and the D-line stops right outside, making it easy to get to games and shows. Some of the city’s best Mexican and halal food is nearby, along with a world-class art museum, library, international market, and ALDI within walking distance. It’s also a great option if you work at Children’s or Abbott. I lived at Minneapolis Grand for three years and highly recommend it. Savannah and the team are professional and courteous, with a special shoutout to Nelson in maintenance. Work orders were handled promptly, communication was easy, and the cleaning crew keeps the indoor and outdoor common areas spotless. The building is secure, including the heated underground garage. In my opinion, it’s the best apartment building around. 10/10, a great place to call home!

The view is one of my favorite parts of living here. From my apartment I can see the Vikings stadium and the Minneapolis skyline. I’m also close enough to walk to the hospital where I work, which makes mornings much easier. I’ve been here for more than three years and have had a great experience. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and ready to help. I highly recommend living here, and if you can, ask for Savannah. She’s fantastic.

I’ve been here a year, and these are the best apartments I’ve lived in so far. Everyone on staff is kind and friendly. Now that it’s getting colder, they’re on top of salting the sidewalks. The grounds and common spaces stay so clean, which is really nice. Keep up the great work, y’all! 👏👏🫶🫶

Moving to MPLS Grand last year turned out to be a great choice for me. The central AC keeps me comfortable in summer, and the extra storage helps me keep the apartment organized. The heated underground garage has been especially useful in Minnesota winters, since I no longer have to scrape ice off my car. Being near downtown also makes it easy to get to restaurants, shops, and events. I’d recommend MPLS Grand to anyone looking to move to the area.
