Super 8 Missoula/Brooks Street

I'm staying in studio 1 extended stay right now, and the staff have been great. Bob and Brittany have been especially helpful. It's a cheap, convenient spot, and I'd recommend staying here.

The price is good, but you get what you pay for. This is an old hotel, and a few basic fixes might keep it going for a few more years. The halls were dirty, the room rugs stained, and the TV only worked some of the time. The lock on an outside alternative entrance was broken, and the toilet was slow and needed at least two flushes. Staff were okay, the bed was okay, and it was fairly quiet. Breakfast was okay too. I don't complain much. All I want is a bed and a TV, but this place was bad. I wouldn't stay again, and I'm usually happy with most places.

Clint and Karrie know their stuff and are helpful, while Mila, Glenda, and Nikki get the cleaning done promptly and with a smile. Blake takes care of room problems and makes sure your stay is enjoyable. Bob and Ralph can offer ideas and suggestions about the area. The whole team is approachable, kind, and helpful. Great prices, a welcoming staff, and a great hotel.

The last time we stayed, a young woman at the front desk apologized and did her best to make things right. She was the only reason the stay had been pleasant, but she couldn't undo what the other staff had done. My wife thought we'd try again because the prices were good. It wasn't worth it. The front desk staff were rude and the room was gross. I asked about that employee and someone staying there said she doesn't work there anymore. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.
