The team made us feel welcome, and their kindness and willingness to help made a real difference. From the minute we arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. It’s not often you get that kind of service. Thanks for a great experience. We’d absolutely stay at Motel 6 again.

We booked two rooms as a group, and this was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. The place felt run down and poorly kept. Our room had a strong, disgusting odor of mildew and something sour that wouldn’t go away with the air running. There were holes in the ceiling and a smell of rotting carcasses. Bugs in the room made it impossible to relax or sleep. The furniture and equipment were in terrible shape. The bed looked worn, the linens didn’t feel clean, and several things either didn’t work right or looked years out of date. Staff were dismissive and unhelpful when we raised concerns, with no effort to fix anything or even acknowledge how bad the conditions were. On top of that, I was charged more than my original reservation price, and no one could clearly explain why. Between the odor, poor cleanliness, broken facilities, bugs, and bad service, the whole stay was a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really enjoyed my stay. The front desk host was professional, and nearly all the workers greeted me as I passed, except the night lady, though she was probably tired, lol. The room, bed, and floors were clean, and it was quiet and peaceful. My only complaints were stains on the walls and that the tub could use an upgrade. I’d definitely recommend it.

The carpet had a horrible smell, with old stale cigarette odor too. My friend and I woke up in the middle of the night and left early, and we were both sick for two days afterward. I can't say whether there was mold in the air conditioning or carpet, but the rooms need a makeover even if they weren't all that outdated. I wouldn't come back.
