The room was clean, as was the bathroom. We had a coffee maker with pouches, a mini fridge, and a microwave, which surprised me since only the coffee maker was listed. The couch area faced a closet cabinet I thought was an entertainment center, but there wasn't a TV there. The only TV was in the bedroom. For the price, I was impressed by how nice the hotel was. Rooms are reached from indoors, and the elevator is slow and holds only two people, but that beats climbing stairs with bad knees. I'd stay again and recommend it. 10/10, five stars. Thank you.

The shower barely drained. A five-minute shower left me standing in a bath, and some of the shower wall tile was coming off. One of the towels had a hole in it. The hotel has had renovations, but still feels like it could be more modern. I stayed by myself for one night for a wedding. It's good value and not the worst hotel around. The lobby is unusual, with trees and greenery, the bed was very comfortable, and they let me check in early after my drive from Michigan, which was convenient.

The greenery and shrubs inside gave the place a cozy café or bistro feel. At night, the soft but ample lighting made it easy to get around. The location also worked well for travel, with the airport nearby and great food options open fairly late. I was traveling on short notice, so being greeted by friendly, smiling faces was a welcome surprise.

Aki made our stay especially easy and pleasant. He was professional, kind, patient, and caring, with wonderful customer service. He made sure we had what we needed and kept a positive attitude. You can tell he loves his work. Thanks so much, Aki, for making a lasting impression. We really appreciate you! The whole visit felt welcoming, peaceful, and comfortable for my family. The rooms were spotless, the beds cozy, and we felt safe and relaxed, like we were at home. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, the common areas were well kept, and the staff clearly care about guests. This was a five-star experience from start to finish. I'd highly recommend the hotel for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service, and we'll definitely be back.
