Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Montgomery Airport South

After working hard all day, being away from home and dealing with laundry trouble had me really upset. Both loads failed to spin. I’d put in just four pairs of pants, paid again, and tried a second wash, but had the same problem. I went to the front desk ready to give someone a piece of my mind. Then IVEY greeted me with such a welcoming voice and vibe that my anger immediately turned to relief. She took on the problem and solved it herself. IVEY is the definition of hospitality, and she saved the day. Do everything you can to keep her on staff! We’re contractors who move between hotels a lot. This one was clean, really clean, not just surface clean, and had the best water pressure. The beds are super uncomfortable and could use an update.

The bathroom was spotless, with strong water pressure and fresh towels each day. My room was extremely clean, spacious, and well maintained, with modern touches that felt comfortable and welcoming. The bed was comfortable too, and the quiet room let me get great rest. I was impressed with the stay from beginning to end.

The breakfast was fresh, well organized, and had lots to choose from. The whole stay at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Montgomery Airport South felt comfortable and welcoming, and the hotel was clean throughout. Jack was especially helpful and professional, and made sure we felt looked after. Bridget has trained the team well too. Everyone was polite, attentive, and genuinely focused on guests. I’d happily recommend the hotel and stay again.

I’ve stayed here twice now, and both visits left me pleased with the customer service. Bridgette and Jackie are knowledgeable and easy to reach when you have questions, and housekeeping does a good, efficient job. I’ve also been around the other hotels nearby, and this one felt the most comfortable and pleasant to me. It’s a bit of a hidden gem in the area. Thanks for keeping up Marriot’s standard.
