The people here were the best part, warm, welcoming and ready to help, like real-life Guardians of the Galaxy looking out for you. At Comfort Inn & Suites on Monticello in Montgomery, Alabama, the room was spotless, lovely and very comfortable. All the basics were there too, lotion, soap, shampoo and conditioner, and they were good quality. I had an amazing stay and would happily recommend it for comfort, cleanliness and service.

Rahul was wonderful. I arrived around 6 pm in a lot of pain, and he found me a room close by so I wouldn't have to walk far. The manager was a total sweetheart too. The beds were firm but comfortable. I definitely recommend it.

I was disappointed with the room they gave me. I'm disabled, and the bed and bath didn't accommodate disabled people. I was also overcharged for having an adult there to help me.

This place smells awful. A man told the clerk at check-in that his room, 206, stank, and I thought maybe it was just his room. Then I got to 216 and found the same bad smell, like old mildew in carpet mixed with East Indian food. I switched on the A/C and went out to my car, but every time I came back in, on three separate occasions, the room still smelled. I'm not saying this to be mean, but I can't recommend the hotel.

We booked at the last minute with a storm coming that night, and the room was comfortable enough; we felt safe. There was a weird smell, maybe urine, though it wasn't strong. Delivery was easy to get, which was a nice bonus. It worked for one night, but I'd probably pick another location next time.
