The rooms are a good size and the inside decor is really pretty. The manager’s special is awesome, the pool stays open later than most, and room service was quick. They discounted my stay because the maid service was lousy. The rooms also get very hot, with barely any temperature control.

I got amazing service when my flight was delayed again the next morning. I’d already checked out, but the front desk let me use my room again so I wouldn’t have to wait six hours at the airport. The staff were courteous, and the rooms are clean. The hotel’s decor looks recently updated and is beautiful. Breakfast was included, with made-to-order omelettes and the usual items.

Stephanie made check-in easy. She was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and set a great tone for our stay. The room was clean and updated, and the hotel interior was beautiful. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant. I also liked the made-to-order breakfast. It was a nice change from the prepackaged food many hotels serve as their complimentary meal.

Our room was very clean, with a comfortable bed, fluffy towels, and nice pillows. The suite felt like a small apartment, with a separate bedroom behind a door and a living room with a little kitchen, microwave, and refrigerator. The living room looked a bit dated, though the bathrooms seemed recently updated. The hotel has a lovely entrance and a beautiful atrium. It seems to host weddings, and the rooms are really large.

The staff really stood out. They were kind, accommodating, and willing to help however they could. The hotel has lovely scenery and seems to host local company meetings pretty often, but it still didn’t feel crowded. The rooms I saw were pretty standard, in drab brown and a little unassuming, though they seemed fine.
