The bathroom looked like it could fall apart, and the shower didn't work. The carpet had pee stains and tears, the furniture was mismatched and stained, and the bed linens smelled like urine. Just a disgusting property.

The room had a few carpet and sofa stains, the pool was closed, and there wasn't breakfast. Those are the only downsides I can come up with. The room itself was clean and roomy, with a nice desk, sofa, and ottoman. The kitchen was great, the AC worked well, and the ice machines did too. Staff were awesome and let me check in early, which was really convenient. I travel to Mount Laurel for work every week and have tried at least 7-8 hotels around here. Philadelphia Executive Suites has been my best stay by far. I'll stop trying other places and stay here each week from now on.
The hotel is in a handy spot, with several businesses within walking distance. I stayed for 2.5 weeks, and while there were still small things needing attention, I could see people working to improve the place throughout my visit. Every employee I dealt with was kind and helpful. I was nervous pulling in because I remembered how awful this location had been back when it was Mainstay Suites. Venkat put me at ease right away. He let me check out different rooms before I chose one and made sure I was happy before taking payment. There were also some problems caused by other customers. Someone broke the frame on my front license plate, and on another day someone put out a cigarette on my car's hood. The website says breakfast is available, but there isn't any. Even so, I'd recommend it as an inexpensive place with good amenities.
My stay was really great, and the staff were phenomenal. I just checked out this morning after having a party with no problems in a two-bedroom suite. I'll definitely come back.
The second room was even worse, with a door that wouldn't shut unless I lifted it and slammed it. I'd planned to stay nine nights and had paid over $1100.00, but left after collecting my things and flipping the key onto the front desk. I told them I was checking out in the morning and expected a refund for the balance, then they said the cancellation deadline had passed and they wouldn't refund me. When I first asked for my money back, the desk person said she could only request it by email and couldn't call anyone. I booked through the property's website. The first room was dirty and needed lots of repairs, including a broken TV screen. When I raised it at the desk, I got a story about the property changing hands and was told nothing could be done. I plan to complain to my credit card company because I believe they broke the contract by failing to provide the clean, safe rental they promised. I've traveled and stayed in motels all over North America for 25 years. I've had just one other bad experience, and this one was far worse. Absolutely the worst property I've experienced. Don't stay here.
