Fairfield Inn & Suites Mt. Pleasant

Kash was very nice and pointed us to a great breakfast place across from the hotel. The location was clean and good. Breakfast was what I expected, and the coffee was very good. The fitness room was pretty good and well equipped.

The bed was so good I wanted to take it home, and there were plenty of pillows. The rooms were as clean as ever, and everything was just right for our Christmas night stay. The attendant was pleasant and let us know an ice storm was on the way. THANK YOU

Christie’s help with an important item we’d left in the room was priceless. Earlier, Wendy at the front desk had been fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable, making my sons and me feel welcome after a long drive. Great hotel!

I left after a few hours and wouldn’t stay here again. At first, the furniture looked relatively new, which was what I checked first when I arrived around 5 on a weekday evening. I was so tired that I didn’t notice the musty, old, unclean smell until later, after sitting on the bed and itching for about an hour. I checked the mattress and saw no signs of anything, but still felt uneasy. The curtains were only half length, with an outdated sheer panel in the middle that let headlights shine straight into the room. The toilet was so low I felt like I might slide onto the floor and needed limbo muscles to feel safe. I didn’t want to turn the lights off or bring in my clothes. There was no manager available to discuss a partial refund until the next day, and by then the answer was just no.
