The location worked well, with lots of food nearby and the college close by. But the state of the bedding ruined my stay. I was meant to be there for two nights, and went straight to bed after checking in without looking at the sheets. In the morning I found blood and yellow stains across the sheets and bedding. That’s disgusting and unacceptable at any hotel, especially a Marriott property. Management handled it professionally once I reported it. They refunded me and gave me 20,000 Marriott points, which I appreciate, but this shouldn’t have happened. There are likely staffing or housekeeping quality control problems. I won’t be coming back.

We came for the Central game, and you can’t get much closer to the field. The stadium view was great. Some of our family stayed at the hotel, so we met them for drinks and appetizers before heading to a bar. The bartender was friendly. The guy at the front desk wasn’t very personable, though. I wouldn’t have him working when guests are there to have a good time.

Really nice hotel, but Marriott had a system glitch that stopped me from getting upgrades for either of my two rooms with Gold status. This was on a quiet Monday night, too.

The front desk interaction was awful. I stayed here on 12/31/2025, New Year’s Eve and my birthday. When I got back from an evening out, I bought a few snacks, and the man at the desk didn’t say a word to me. No hello, no how are you, not even Happy New Year. Don’t put someone at the front desk if they can’t be friendly.
