The owners are kind and welcoming, and the rooms are comfortable for a great price. This is my go-to when I’m in the area. I’ve stayed several times without a bad experience. It’s a quaint, quiet place to rest, and the rates and availability beat paying double or triple elsewhere for a few days. Some guests haven’t respected the smoking rooms and have left burn marks and holes in things. That’s not the owners’ fault. They’re fantastic people and do their best with what they’re given. They’ve even been upgrading rooms that customers seem to have damaged during their stays. I wish them the best. If you’re looking for an investment hotel to buy, it’s for sale. Thanks for being kind and affordable.

For a reasonable price, you get a place to stay and a warm shower. Keep your expectations in line with what you pay. The owners are nice, and in my experience they’ll usually fix things you bring to their attention.

We knew the room wouldn’t be much for the price, but it was absolutely filthy. There was a contact lens on the bathroom counter, garbage on the floor, and rings of shampoo and soap in the tub. We had to pay up front, yet they listed us on Booking.com as a “no show” and charged me again. I’m disgusted. No one speaks English, and the front desk hung up on me. Booking.com had a 30-minute wait, and two hours later we still hadn’t gotten anywhere. I want to post pictures.

I got a king bed in a smoking room and now understand why it was under $50. Still, it had a fridge, microwave, Wi-Fi, and a shower, and I could bring my service dog.

Stains all over the place, and it smelled like vomit and stale beer. Disgraceful, disgusting, and the worst motel I’ve ever seen.
