Tara at the front desk sorted out our reservation when it turned out to be incorrect. She got everything straightened out and arranged our stay for the next 6 weeks. I've stayed at this hotel brand in a lot of places, and the Mountain View one is the best. I was here for a week recently and have already come back. The rooms are new and clean, better than the average for this category, and the front desk is friendly and proactive. The location is great too. Starbucks, supermarkets, and shopping malls across the street are all within a 10-minute walk. There's also a lovely scenic trail nearby for a stroll. I highly recommend it.

Pet owners will appreciate the dog waste bags by the green grass area, which help keep the grounds tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping. Omar handles maintenance and repairs, and keeps the hanging flowers in the patio looking beautiful. Goraub is the hotel's MVP, cheerful and quick to help coworkers and visitors alike. He's also good with wi-fi and TV connection questions. Mountain View ESA is a nice place for either a short visit or an extended stay.

The trail right beside the hotel was one of the best parts of my 20-day stay. I could step outside and be on a beautiful walking path, which added a lot to the experience. The place is pet friendly too, and seems thoughtfully set up for guests with pets without sacrificing cleanliness or comfort. It was quiet and peaceful, even at busy times, and the rooms and common areas were spotless, organized, and clearly looked after each day. From arrival on, every staff member I dealt with was welcoming, courteous, and ready to help. Their warm approach and attention to small details made the stay comfortable and stress-free. I enjoyed being here and would happily return. The combination of helpful service, a clean property, a calm atmosphere, and a lovely natural setting made it a great stay. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and a peaceful getaway.
