I won’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone I know. The manager threatened my family and me three times, saying he wouldn’t extend our stays because we had booked and paid through trivago, a third-party site, and he was “losing money.” He said we’d have to pay $90+ at the front desk if we wanted to keep staying. Customers have the right to book a room at a specific hotel through an online third party when that hotel is listed there. I’ll take my business and money to a hotel that appreciates them.

The room smelled like rat poison or cockroach spray. I’d booked online because an indoor pool and hot tub were listed as amenities, but the pool was cold and there wasn’t a hot tub. When I brought it up, the front desk clerk seemed very confused.

It was conveniently located and reasonably priced, and check-in was easy with friendly staff. The room itself felt a bit shabby and run down. The free breakfast was on the lower end, too.

There was mold in the rooms and the floors were caving in. The owner was rude and wouldn’t return my money after I booked online, saying it wasn’t his problem.

We’ll be glad to stay here again. The room was clean and everything worked as it should, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Steve at the front desk was especially professional and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Quality Inn has really improved over the last year, and its prices are very competitive. Looking forward to the pool opening.
