WoodSpring Suites Murfreesboro

The price felt too high for what we got. There’s no working internet, so don’t stay here if you need Wi-Fi. Staff were rude and barely spoke English. There were no towels in the room, and they make you wash your own bedding and towels. The laundry room has no quarter machine, so you have to go to the car wash up the road for quarters. The detergent machine took my quarters too. The shower dripped and leaked onto the floor, and the bathroom floor was falling apart. The microwave didn’t work. They eventually brought me a new one, but only after I’d been there six days. You can find somewhere cheaper with the same problems.

The hotel has gotten worse under its “new management.” The rooms, hallways, elevator, and laundry area are filthy. Someone spat on the floor, and the front desk refused to do anything about it. It’s very noisy, and staff won’t address that either. Don’t stay here.

The beds were super comfortable, and I especially liked the big, clean tub. Our room had a handy little kitchenette and a full-size fridge. The place was quiet, clean, and close to everything, with a friendly night desk attendant and sweet staff all around. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will definitely return. Great value for the price.

This place is an absolute dump. There’s mold in the room, roaches and bed bugs, and you can smell dog urine in the hallways before you even reach your room.
