The standout for me was Tish. Every time we saw her, she went above and beyond with true southern hospitality. Jamon and Tara also gave prompt help when we needed it, and Andrew checked us in super fast before helping us get settled after a long day. This standard Hampton Inn is one of the better ones I've stayed in, and the hot tub was really nice when it worked. Solid value, and we'd stay again.

I'm a silver reward member, but she didn't give or offer us our water bottles. We checked in at 6:30 pm and were offered warm cookies, except the tray was empty. When I asked when they'd have more, she said, “When they're gone, that's it!” The front desk employee was very rude.

The breakfast was incredibly filling, with a spread that's second to none. The room was really clean and the customer service excellent. One of the best hotels we've stayed at in South Carolina, hands down.

Service was great, and this is the closest chain hotel to Murells Inlet. My biggest hotel pet peeve is finding only decaf in the room. Having to go down to the front desk at 5am just to get regular coffee is incredibly annoying.

The rooms were nice, but the bed placement is ridiculous. The beds face perpendicular to the TV, and moving the set around still doesn't make it watchable from bed. Otherwise it was okay. Breakfast was disappointing for a Hampton, and the walls seemed paper thin.
