Belle Air Mansion

As the owner of Donelson Massage Center (located at 2334 Lebanon Pike, Nashville, TN 37214), I’ve got to say this hotel is extraordinary. Every room has its own character, and the thoughtful décor feels nothing like a cookie-cutter place. We’re grateful to provide massage services for their guests, and it’s a privilege to work with a team that cares so much about doing things well. Ownership, management, and staff all bring a rare mix of professionalism and heart. The service is what really makes the place special. The staff go out of their way for guests, and you can feel their pride, humility, and care. It reminds me of the kind of hospitality I remember from the 80s and 90s. The food and the overall atmosphere are great too. Donelson is a convenient base, with restaurants and activities nearby. It’s about 6-7 minutes from Nashville International Airport and 8-10 minutes from downtown Nashville, without the downtown chaos. For this kind of quality and character, I don’t think you’ll find a better rate. The reviews speak for themselves, but I wanted to add mine: we’re obsessed with this place and glad to be connected with such a great team and property.

Caroline made us feel welcome right as we arrived for our two night stay at Belle Aire Mansion. We had the Onyx Room on the second floor, a spacious suite with a large double sink, and we didn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms. The house and our room were beautifully decorated and spotless. Breakfast was delicious both mornings, and after our first breakfast we enjoyed hearing the house’s history during “storytime.” The location was convenient too, about 15 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the Opry. Everything was top notch, and I’d definitely stay again if I return to Nashville.

Kelly helped us organize our annual company meeting and handled both the planned activities and the unexpected things that came up. The conference room suited us well for daytime work, and we could play games there in the evening. Everyone slept well, ate well, and had what they needed. We’re still talking about the breakfasts! The hotel was wonderfully hospitable throughout. Thanks to Kelly and her terrific team for making the event such a success.

They’ve clearly put a lot into keeping this antebellum home in pristine shape. The staff were so nice, and breakfast was just right, especially the coffee. The stay was awesome. Why choose a chain hotel around here when you can have this kind of experience?
