Best Western Plus Executive Residency Nashville

The staff were kind, but that didn't help with the condition of the room. I went down to the lobby to report how dirty it was, then left to explore Nashville. When I got back, they said it had been taken care of, but nothing had been touched. I was anxious about the bed, so I went to Walmart and bought my own blankets. The bathroom was so nasty I didn't want to go in without shoes, the walls were dirty, and none of the tables had been wiped. There was someone else's hair everywhere and dust bunnies around the living space. The room also didn't have the bathtub shown in the pictures. That's not a deal breaker, but guests should know. The location was in a weird part of town and a little hard to navigate, though I can live with that. The real problem was the hotel stay itself.

The lobby and hallways had a pleasant fragrance that made the place feel welcoming and fresh. It was also a convenient location, just a short ride to downtown. The staff were professional, friendly, and ready to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and breakfast had a delicious selection of hot, fresh items. I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Executive Residency and would definitely recommend it.

Best Western is in a quiet neighborhood that was both convenient and peaceful. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area for work or a holiday.

Our car was broken into, and everything inside was stolen, including a suitcase that had been under the trunk cover. The area felt unsafe and seedy, and there was apparently no security on site. We reported the theft and were told it would be investigated once the manager arrived, that camera footage would be reviewed, and that we'd get a report, so there was no reason to wait. No report ever came. We were told it was on the way, which was another lie. The staff and management aren't trustworthy. Stay somewhere else.
