The front desk women were great, but that was about it during my week at the Marriott Bonvoy. There was dark mold between the bathroom tiles and around the drain, and housekeeping didn’t seem to care whether they cleaned your room. The little store was just a small room with a few items. There’s no shuttle on site, only a shuttle service that charges $30. Meals aren’t included or free. For the price, I’d look elsewhere. The place feels like lipstick on a pig: dressed up to look nice, but not much else. I’ll never come back and highly recommend avoiding it.

Really clean room and a great stay at this Courtyard. Ramone and manager Matrice went out of their way to make the trip pleasant. Their customer service and enthusiasm were extraordinary.

We arrived just after check-in, but only one of our two rooms was ready. The desk said the other would take 20 minutes; it actually took two and a half hours, and only after we came back to ask. Housekeeping was about to leave for the day. We were told the bar opened at 5, but when we went by around 8:30 it was still closed and apparently wasn’t going to open. Breakfast is available, but it isn’t included. The pool was technically open, though it was so cold it felt like an ice bath and wasn’t really usable for swimming with our little kids. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The staff at the front desk were really friendly, and our room was clean and nice. We came for a girls’ getaway to see ICE! At the Gaylord, and this hotel was well located and a good price. It was my second stay here, and I’ll definitely come back.

The place felt shabby, beat up, and run down, and the staff weren’t professional. We had no internet for a day. The employees blamed an area outage and didn’t take responsibility, though my business partner had full internet at the hotel next door. At the Bistro, the woman seemed like she didn’t want to be there. The coffee machine was broken, so I had to buy a latte, and the one I got was cold. The two men I encountered at the front desk during my three-day stay were also unprofessional. I’ll make sure my colleagues and friends don’t stay here.
