Nikki at the front desk was kind and a huge help throughout my stay. She answered all my questions and was understanding about circumstances she couldn’t control. I was impressed by the service and would highly recommend staying here.

Miss Nikki made our arrival easy after a long drive from Georgia. She welcomed us warmly, handled check-in without a fuss, and made sure we had what we needed by answering our questions and thinking ahead. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. She made us feel valued from the start, and her care made a lasting difference to our stay.

As a Diamond member, I felt like a true Diamond guest because of Miss Nikki. She was attentive, upbeat, and genuinely committed to helping us, and she made us feel appreciated. Hilton Garden Inn is lucky to have her. We’d had a long drive from Georgia, but her warm, professional welcome took the stress out of arriving. She explained everything clearly and made check-in smooth, while making sure our needs were met. Her service set the tone for a wonderful stay.

The room had ladybugs all over, but the staff were friendly, understanding, and moved me right away. It’s a decent location, though I probably wouldn’t stay again. If you do need to stay here, it’s not so bad. I wish I’d read the details before booking. The property combines Garden Inn and Home2, but breakfast is free only for Home2 guests, not Garden Inn guests, even though they’re in the same place. You also pay a daily fee to park in the garage.
