I was in Nashville for a concert, and Bridgestone Atena was within walking distance. The hotel was very clean and well kept, with a nice breakfast bar. Staff were excellent and went the extra mile, and I appreciated the extras they provide for quests. Definitely pleased!

I came to Nashville last week for a work conference, my first trip there. As a Jersey gal, I was trying to keep the trip especially affordable, and I was traveling solo. I needed somewhere safe and clean within walking distance of the event, and the stay went beyond what I hoped for. The location was by far the best part. City Winery was no more than a 20-minute walk away, different restaurants were within 25 minutes on foot, and Lower Broadway, aka Honky Tonk Row 🤠, was a 10-minute walk. The airport was about a 20-minute taxi or Uber ride away. The lobby, shared spaces, breakfast area and my room all earned an A+ for cleanliness. Front desk, valet at the front door and breakfast staff were warm and kind, and very professional. There are fancier hotels nearby, but if you're watching the budget like us New Jersey folks, Holiday Inn Express Downtown-Broadway is for you.

We had such a good stop here on my bachelorette trip. Jalen and Logan were our favorite valet guys. We had loads of bags, and they packed the car beautifully, carried our luggage and even took out our trash, lol. Love them, and we'll definitely be back!

Mainor made the whole valet process quick and easy. He greeted me with a positive attitude, was friendly, professional and attentive, and took care of my vehicle. It was ready promptly when I needed it. What really stood out was how much effort he put into making everything convenient and stress-free. He clearly takes pride in his work. I'd trust him again and recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality valet service.

We just got to the Holiday Inn Express - Downtown (Nashville), and the valet team has been great, so helpful and polite. Adam was excellent and clearly explained everything we need to know. Looking forward to a fun stay in Music City!
