Every person at this hotel seemed to truly care about guests. This was the most amazing hotel experience I’ve had, and I’ll always be grateful to the whole team. Dylan, thank you so much. I won’t recommend another hotel in Nashville. This one will always have my heart. I was displaced by the ice storm and arrived exhausted and overwhelmed in awful conditions. Dylan Roberts and his team met me with compassion from the very beginning and quickly made me feel at ease. I can’t thank them enough for turning a frightening, stressful situation into one of comfort and safety. The front desk team, Danika, Nicole, and Sanya, were the heart of my stay. They made me feel safe, seen, and cared for every day. Housekeeping’s Alejandra and her crew were thoughtful and kind. Alejandra remembered me and checked how I was doing, so I felt like more than just a room number. Mike and Quinn in the restaurant and kitchen were swamped, but kept smiling and treating guests with patience. The kitchen got hot food out quickly despite all the chaos. At the Bodega, Jaiden, Navea, Donavan, and Christina were always welcoming. I saw Jaiden and Donavan help run food later in the evening after working all day. That teamwork and selflessness says a lot about the hotel’s culture.

Using the holiday inn for parking during a preds game turned out to be a great idea. John the valet greeted us as we pulled in and went above and beyond. There were two of us, and he walked the older couple through the self-parking option while helping us with valet. We went to dinner and then the game. When we walked up afterward, John already had our car running and ready. It’s nice to see someone take the time. A++ job, John!

The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere and a convenient location, and I’d definitely recommend it for a Nashville stay. We had a great girls trip in December 2025. Hervie greeted us warmly and offered suggestions for places to visit, and he worked hard to make us comfortable. Cindy made amazing lemon drop martinis with fresh-squeezed lemons. Jason was friendly and funny when he drove us to and from Broadway, and we enjoyed the free shuttle.

I was in Nashville for a staff meeting and had a fantastic stay. The rooms were clean, updated, and nicely designed, and the bar was a fun place to unwind. Management and the team made everything run smoothly, with truly top-notch service. The location near Broadway is perfect. I’d absolutely stay again and recommend it for both business and personal trips.

From valet and parking with David to check-in and dining, everything has been excellent. It’s a well-kept IHG property in a good spot, just a couple blocks from Broadway’s action and close to the MCC (Music City Center). Love this hotel and highly recommend it.
