The location was the best we've had in Nashville so far, just steps from Broadway and close to Printers Alley. Check-in and checkout were easy, the place was clean, and 24/7 chat was there for questions. I'd definitely recommend it. Update: I've now stayed at this exact location twice because I liked it so much.
Our unit (#401) faced the street, and the weekend party noise lasted until 3am. If you're travelling with light sleepers, bring noise-cancelling headphones and eye masks. Still, the 2BR was comfortable and well appointed, with plenty of room for our group of four. The Saddlery sits right in the middle of Nashville's nightlife, one block off Broadway at the “quieter” end of 2nd street, so it was convenient for everything we wanted to do.
We were a family of four and had a great stay, with a prime spot right in the middle of the Nashville action. The accommodations were nice, and the staff quickly brought extra wash rags when we asked. It was quiet inside, with barely any sound from nearby construction or nightlife. The cleaning was only surface-level. There was stuff on the bathroom walls, and they were dusty. The oven and stove kept showing a fault code. They still worked, but beeped the whole time you were cooking. We mostly ate out, so it wasn't a big deal.
Sonder was great about replying to my messages and bringing what we needed, though I wish the apartment had come with more, better-quality trash bags in the first place. The construction on 2nd Ave was major, and we heard it starting at 6am. The bars were noisy too, but with sound machines, it didn't bother us; the music died down around 3am. We came with five girls for a bachelorette weekend, and the apartment was perfect for exploring Broadway. The rooms were bigger than they looked in the pictures, and having two bathrooms was a huge plus. I'd recommend this place and will stay here next time I'm in Nashville.
The Saddlery was clean, with an easy check-in and checkout, and very convenient for getting to broadway. It's a little noisy being so close to the bars. There's no parking at the property, but a garage is right around the corner.
