W Nashville

TelvinChris took such good care of me all week in Nashville. The W is lucky to have him as a valet. The front desk team was great, too. I always enjoy the rooms and service here, and the location is great. I’m already booked to return in August.

We checked in during the 2026 ice storm after our power went out, and the staff made us feel at home through a really hard stretch. They were friendly and in good spirits even though they had to stay at the hotel and were dealing with their own storm problems. We arrived stressed, but Andrew met us at the car and said it would be okay, which let us take a huge breath of relief. Chris helped with our bags and brought a real sense of community, joking that he was staying through the storm too. The bartenders worked long hours and handled the frequent rush of people with nowhere else to go. The coffee shop and its staff were also a great community resource and a place to get updates. I can’t thank everyone enough. The rooms were comfortable, and the lighting made it feel like a fun, luxurious staycation. I was grateful for the stocked minibar, too, with everything I could want for stress snacking during the storm.

We had one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever experienced here in July 2025, when we came for our Coldplay concert. The Gulch location in Nashville was great, and getting to the room was easy. The room, view, bed, and bathroom were amazing, so this is my new favorite HOTEL. There was wonderful food nearby, and we got takeaway from Biscuit Love. When I returned in the heat, the valet and bell staff offered me water. Hailey and then Lizbeth followed up by email about my visit. I highly recommend staying here. The one negative was the parking. We didn’t understand the setup, and I had to move my car from next to Erose to across from the hotel.

This is our second visit and we love it here. Emmit at the front desk made the trip extra special, greeting us with a smile and being friendly, personable, and accommodating from the start. Our stay has been awesome. The downstairs bar was nice, with live music and great food. The pool area was lovely and heated, though it was too cold for us to enjoy it this trip. We wish the rooftop bar were open, but it’s closed for renovations. We’ll be back in May. Thanks again, Emmit!
