We had a lovely night here with our kids. The room was very clean, the bed super comfortable, and everything seemed well cared for. The receptionist was especially kind and friendly, making us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. A comfortable, easy stay for a family.

I’ve stayed at some hotels that are supposed to be the best, but this was the best hotel experience I’ve had. I was welcomed warmly and offered the best room available. The woman also checked whether I could have breakfast before leaving, since I’d be going before the regular service. She made sure breakfast was ready for me at 5:30 am, an hour before serving time. This happened on 1/10/2026 at 6:30 pm. Al R.

Everything else was sold out, so I was relieved when the attendant told me they had a room. He was fantastic. I believe checkout is at 11:00, and I was working across the street. My job finished early, and since I’d already packed the car, I took a chance and asked if I could get back in for a quick shower. Without hesitation, he handed me a new room key. Thanks so much, sir. I had a nice, clean ride home. Kudos.

It was OK, but pretty average otherwise. The pillows on the beds were nice, and the rooms were fairly clean. The WiFi kept cutting out, breakfast was the usual inexpensive stuff, and a very yappy client right outside our door wouldn’t shut up. It’s fine if you don’t expect much.

At 1 a.m., with my little kids with me, we were still waiting 20 minutes to get room keys after rebooking under my husband’s name. They’d refused to accept my ID, offered no help, and charged us $99 to cancel and book again. This was a nightmare. Don’t risk staying here. 😡😡😢
