Courtyard Columbus New Albany

The room was decent and I had an all right stay, but breakfast isn't a buffet here, which could be a letdown for some people. I was also surprised that the lobby's cucumber and lime water had sugar in it. Infused water should be refreshing rather than sweet, especially when soda is already available for anyone wanting something sugary. From an international hotel chain, I expected a different standard.

The staff were super helpful, but I could feel a low rumbling vibration from my room through the bed, and hear it in my ears when I tried to sleep. Also, please clean the scum at the bottom of the pool.

Justin is the reason I'll be back. He helped me with my food and beverage credit every day, and I was impressed watching him handle customers as they came and went while I chose snacks. His qualities are rare, even if it's just a job, and he's a real asset to the business. Don't let him slip away. The rooms were okay, clean and comfortable, and the water was hot, though I found the walls a little thin. Thanks for a great stay.

Justin made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. He has a welcoming way about him, clearly takes pride in his work, and goes above and beyond. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
