Since we have family nearby, we'll definitely stay here again. The rates were very reasonable, and the spotless, comfortable facility suited our needs perfectly. I called ahead about my chemical sensitivities, and the staff checked that there were no scented plug-ins and prepared the room thoughtfully. The whole place felt clean and well cared for. We arrived later than expected, and Izzy at the front desk stayed late to welcome us. She was so friendly and accommodating, a total gem. Everyone was kind and attentive, and we can't thank them enough. Highly recommend. I noticed after the trip that they have a salt water pool. I usually avoid pools because of chlorine smells, so I'll swim next time. A surprising gem for people with chemical sensitivities.

It’s a small, clean hotel with free parking, friendly staff, and hot drinks available in the lobby all the time. Breakfast was reasonable, with both hot and cold choices. I had trouble with the room temperature: even though it was below zero outside, the room felt too warm, so we switched the system to cooling. The pillows were small and quite high, which gave me neck pain. Also, there’s no safe or other way to secure valuables in the room.

The shower was nice, and I was impressed by how good the breakfast was for the price. I didn't care for the mattress, but this is a great place to stay when visiting the area.

The room had a good-sized fridge, spacious bathroom, and a fairly comfortable bed. The hotel was clean, nicely decorated, and well kept. Check-in service was friendly, and it was a comfortable stay.

I slept like a baby, and the coffee was always hot and fresh. The pool and spa were sparkling, and the desk attendants were extremely helpful and thorough. I travel a lot for the Federal Government and was glad to find such a nice hotel in a rural area after having to stay in some dumps. The lobby is beautiful, with lots of seating and TVs, so you don't have to hide in your room. Thanks for providing such top tier service. I'll definitely recommend Best Western Plus to friends and family.
