Broadway Plaza Hotel

The location worked out beautifully, with good connections and lots of bars, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. I was looking for a clean, reasonably priced hotel in a good area for the holidays and had a hard time finding one before landing here. At first the old-school room design made me skeptical, but the room was a pleasant surprise: very clean, huge for NYC, with a king-sized bed and classic style. The bathroom was modern and really nice. There was a slight food smell in the room, the only downside, but it wasn't enough to make me switch rooms.

The room was comfortable, clean, and a good size. We had an Empire State View room, which was great, and the hotel is well placed for sightseeing. Zaia, Des, and Gaston were all friendly and helpful, and Concierge Anthony arranged a fixed-price taxi to the airport for our last day that worked smoothly. We really enjoyed our two nights in October 2025 and would recommend this hotel for a New York stay.

We really valued the cleanliness and comfort here. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had comfortable beds, plus the shower pressure felt like a spa. When we had a problem with the shower temperature, Maintenance fixed it fully within 15 minutes. The front desk experience varied: some staff were professional and friendly, while others ignored us as they chatted with each other. We stayed three nights and enjoyed the hotel, though we've had better front desk service.

BPH was my first overnight stay in New York, after plenty of day trips, and it went beyond what we expected. The views were perfect, and the staff were friendly and smiling. Most of the time, someone was there to point us the right way or hold a door, and they kept our suitcases after checkout so we could explore more. When we were ready for the train station, they called us a cab. We truly hope to come back soon, even if it may be hard to get a room since y'all are so popular. Thank you broadway plaza!!! 💗
