Lucian at reception made everything feel easy. After a long day, it was great to be met by someone so cheerful, efficient, and ready to help. The apartment was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed was really comfortable, and the water pressure was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay.

We were four people staying for three nights. The rooms were fine, with a small stove, coffee maker, and dishwasher, and questions through the Sonder app got answered pretty quickly. The best part is the location: it’s near lots of landmarks and gives you that feeling of being right in the city. Being in such a busy part of Manhattan also means plenty of noise, so we needed to keep the windows shut at night. There was a white noise machine in the room. The AC was another issue, switching on and off irregularly and making a lot of noise. How much you enjoy the place depends a lot on whether that location suits you.

The location worked well and the rates were decent, but the apartment's furniture was pretty worn out. It was poorly insulated against both cold and noise, so the nights were difficult. I wouldn't go back.

My elderly parents were left stranded late at night without any help when we arrived at Sonder Ottawa on 30 Sept and found it completely closed, with no staff or notice. Sonder’s agent said Agoda had been informed weeks earlier, but Agoda said it had never received notice. Either Sonder failed to pass on the information, or someone isn't telling the truth. Completely unacceptable. Avoid Sonder.
