Hugo Soho Hotel

The service was very good and attentive, and the location was nice. But the heating was loud enough to wake me during the night, and the bathroom was very cold when I visited in early February. The gym is tiny, and the old equipment really needs updating. I couldn’t run on the threadmill.

I liked staying here, mostly because of the location and the good breakfast. The hotel isn’t on a central road, so there’s no traffic noise at night, and we didn’t hear other rooms or the hallways either. The staff are very nice and the rooms are clean. I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area, and this is one of my favorites. I only had breakfast there, but it was good. I’ll definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic bachelorette stay at Hotel Hugo. The staff were amazing and really accommodating to our group. Our rooms looked beautiful, and the location put us close to everything we wanted to do. I’d highly recommend it for a fun, stress-free stay with friends.

I was visiting from Charlotte, North Carolina, and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in NYC. The service, decor, and quality of the rooms were all exceptional. Huge thanks to the whole team at Hotel Hugo for making my New York trip one to remember. I’ll absolutely be back!
