We arrived on the 18th and Victoria at reception greeted us so warmly. She gave us a free upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel was immaculate, and from our room on the 42nd floor the view was spectacular. It’s only a two-minute walk to Times Square. A blizzard stranded us in New York for four extra nights, but the staff let us keep the same room and even found cheaper rates on trip advisor. Breakfast was basic, though we enjoyed the bagels and pancakes. We had a really great stay and will be back.

The bartender Erhan made my time at the hotel bar so enjoyable. Even while it was busy, the drinks came out quickly, made just right, and had a nice balance. They were creative too. Erhan was welcoming, attentive, and knew the menu well. Their friendly manner made me feel comfortable and valued, and it was clear they cared about giving good service. I’ll come back next time I’m in town.

Erhan at Cue 48 Bar inside the Hyatt Regency Times Square made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. He’s easy to talk to, and his warm manner made the whole visit feel comfortable. His suggestions for nearby restaurants, bars, and things to do around Times Square were really useful and spot-on. The cocktails were creative, carefully made, and well balanced. Every one impressed me, and they were among the best I’ve had in the area. If you’re staying at the Hyatt or visiting nearby, I highly recommend stopping in at Cue 48.

The city views were beautiful, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The hotel is right beside Times Square, clean and modern, with a nice new TV. Everyone on staff, including security, went above and beyond. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Rhoda, Erika, Evelyn, and Carlos took such good care of us. They were outstanding from check-in through checkout, especially Carlos at the bar. The people really made the stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and modern. After last year’s renovation, it feels brand new. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Manhattan. We’ll definitely be back.
