I was unsure after seeing the mixed reviews when I booked in July, but I’m glad I gave this place a chance. The front desk staff were all sweet and welcoming. The area felt safe for the three of us girls, and DK Public was convenient and served delicious food. I’d definitely come back, God willing. Keep up the great work!

We enjoyed staying here. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the service was friendly. It’s handy for getting to Long Island City and Astoria, with a subway nearby that goes straight into Manhattan.

On a recent NYC trip I stayed at the Nesva Hotel for 3 nights. The staff were friendly, the room was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. I’d book here again without hesitation.

We left without spending a night in the room, but the refund we were promised never came through. Expedia and the property manager present advised me to book another hotel, so I did. Two days later, my cancellation request was denied, with the hotel cited as refusing it. We had arrived at 9pm and were assigned the last available room. It smelled strongly of toilet water and felt unlivable, so I raised the problem with management right away. The property manager, Raphael, couldn’t help, and we left promptly at 10pm to find somewhere else to stay. This was one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had in years of traveling. It felt like they wanted the money without following through on service. I’d definitely avoid this place.
