The basement had everything I needed, including coffee available 24/7 and a water filter, and the beds were reaaaallly comfy. The staff were absolutely lovely too. I was here for a recent work trip and had no complaints. Great location for exploring the Lower East Side, which I fell in love with. I’d definitely consider staying here as my base on my next trip to the city!

Check-in and check-out were quick, and everyone was so helpful and super friendly. The rooms and service were excellent. This is a beautiful, simple hotel in a lovely, safe area surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars, with the subway easy to reach. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to spend a few wonderful days in NYC. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks to the whole Redford team!! Clemens & Luana

The location is great, with really good transport connections, and the staff were all really friendly. It’s a nice, cozy little hotel. Rooms are a little small, and NYC can be very loud, so keep that in mind before you go!

The heater smelled like my 15-year-old’s armpit when I turned it on, and there was mold in the bathroom. After leaving, I had symptoms of mold infection, and the hotel refused to refund one night when I left. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. If lung pain and horrendous bedding sound good to you, this is the place.

It’s in an amazing location, close to the subway and surrounded by so much to do and eat. Sweet chicks is a MUST. The rooms were really clean, the shower was great, and the staff were so nice and helpful. I’d absolutely stay there again.
