Riviera Motor Inn Brooklyn

I paid in full for eight hours, but after five hours the front desk started pushing me to check out. They knocked five different times even after I explained I'd paid for eight. The woman argued with me until she checked my ticket and saw she was wrong. Their attitude is awful, and they don't speak to people properly. I wouldn't recommend giving this lousy hotel any business.

The bed was pretty comfortable, though the comforter had what looked like cigarette burns in several places. The furniture was broken, and the room needs renovation. I could hear every conversation nearby and even footsteps in the hallway, so I definitely didn't get the peaceful sleep I wanted.

The rooms are big and the bed was clean. It does what I need, and I don't have any complaints.

We paid almost $200 for what was the worst hotel. The prices are outrageous for such terrible service. Our room had no Wi-Fi, microwave, fridge, or coffee maker. The floors were nasty, and the place smelled like cigarettes and weed. I was in room 202, where the shower knob was broken, so the water stayed freezing cold and couldn't be adjusted. When we told the workers, they didn't seem to care and were really rude. I don't recommend it.
