The New York EDITION

The location worked perfectly for everything we had planned, and I’d happily stay here again. We were in town for my wife’s 30th birthday, and the hotel went beyond the requests I’d sent ahead. I’d only asked for a bottle of wine, but they also surprised us with balloons, a cake and a lovely handwritten card in script. We got a complimentary room upgrade too, with a beautiful city view.

The doormen were fantastic from the moment we arrived. They were courteous and professional, helping us get cabs, find our way around and stay safe each day. The hotel’s in a brilliant spot, close to everything. Our room was very clean, the hotel smells amazing, and the turndown service was excellent. I had no complaints and would highly recommend staying here. I’ll definitely visit the group’s other hotels around the world.

The New York EDITION pairs modern design with understated luxury. I liked the clean, minimal interiors and the little details throughout. For New York, the rooms are impressively spacious, and the historic building gives the place real character. It’s centrally located but still feels refined, making it a convenient base for exploring. A very elegant stay.

My sister and I came to the Edition right after Christmas and stayed through New Year’s. I’d been nervous about the city being chaotic that week, but from the moment we pulled up, Diego and Arturo at valet made things easy and took such good care of us. The front desk team were great too, getting us checked in quickly and helping with everything we needed. Our room was bright, clean and a good size by New York standards, with a great view. Housekeeping was top-notch, and whenever we needed something, the staff handled it right away. The location is excellent. We ended up having such a relaxing stay during a week we’d expected to be hectic, and we’re sure we’ll stay here again next time we’re in the city. Many thanks to Diego and Arturo. They really are the best!
