The Renwick

I was visiting New York from Los Angeles to see friends, and had a great experience at The Renwick Hotel. We were greeted politely as soon as we came in and check-in went smoothly. My queen-size room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom and towels were great. The tea and coffee downstairs were good too. I look forward to staying here again on a future trip. Thank you.

Grand Central and the Newark Express Airport bus stop are less than a five-minute walk away, and the location is great. The rooms were comfortable, and we had no issues during our stay. My family and I enjoyed our time at the Renwick, thanks in part to the attentive, friendly, helpful staff. I’d especially like to thank Jasmine for helping us out.

The location is ideal, just minutes from Grand Central Station and, more importantly, Los Tacos. Staff were nice, and the rooms were spacious with a comfy, roomy bed. A couple of small things kept it from being perfect. Even on the 14th floor I could hear some street noise through the windows, though not much was happening overnight because of the location. The toilet paper was really thin and slightly coarse. It’s minor, but at a four-star hotel costing £200 a night I expected a little more attention to detail. Still, a very good stay, nearly perfect.

The doorman was such a sweetheart, recommending places to eat and kindly holding our bags whenever we needed. The rooms were spacious, not cramped, and the location was fantastic for a visit. I stayed here in December, before the holidays, and found the hotel so clean and lovely. I was pleased with it. It was perfect for my trip!
