The staff made my five-star stay at the DoubleTree Hilton feel personal and comforting. I'm dealing with a family emergency, and their kindness really helped during a hard time. Yodit deserves a special thank you. She greeted me warmly and had encouraging words for me every day. She went above and beyond, and her compassion is something I'll remember. The whole team was professional, welcoming, and truly hospitable. I'm very grateful and would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to be around people who care.

Getting around was easy from this spot just off the main local freeway, and parking was simple with plenty of spaces. There are lots of nearby places for food and other essentials, plus local malls with all the major names if you forgot something. Service was excellent, from check-in through the other help we needed. I had no complaints and would come back if I'm in the area again.

The rooms were comfortable, and the location was convenient for my trip. The staff were very friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. I had a fantastic stay!

I wouldn't recommend staying here. I was promised a room credit, but they refused to apply it even after I spoke with manager Chris. Rey and Evelyn weren't helpful either. I checked with three different employees on three occasions, and each time I was told my account would be credited after I charged items to the room. All three gave me wrong information, but the manager wouldn't make up for their mistakes. It felt like they took my money and lied to me.

The hotel is pretty far from San Francisco City and, I guess, from any city, but there was plenty of parking. We enjoyed the view of the CA dry hills, as well as the amenities, including the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. The rooms were tidy and serviced daily. The front desk gave us free water bottles at check-in, and everyone seemed cheerful, welcoming, and polite. We skipped breakfast, so I can't comment on it. If you're a member, you'll save a lot over time. Recommended!
