I liked the photos and how close it was to the interstate, and the room was spacious, like rooms I've stayed in on other trips. There were several problems, though. The oven bottom was dirty, its light and the microwave light didn't work, and the carpet had burn stains all over, including a large one by the bathroom door. Hot water barely lasted long enough for two people to shower. One more frustration in Delaware: businesses and the state seem not to shovel parking lots and sidewalks properly. It was unsafe, and I had to book my mother a different place because her wheelchair couldn't get through the poorly shoveled walkways and parking spaces.

The rooms look nice, with attractive decor and interesting layouts, and it could be a great place for families. But I found hair in the shower, lint across the floor, and dust on the surfaces. It didn't seem like the room had been thoroughly cleaned before I checked in, and the cleanliness wasn't up to my standards.

The rooms and bathrooms are huge, and everything was clean. It has a cottage feel and free parking nearby. It’s a bit removed from things, so having a car helps, but I’d recommend it for a romantic trip or a work stay. The quiet neighborhood made it feel like being at home.

Some outlets didn’t work, and the toilet kept running, but the room itself was nice and roomy. I’d stay again.

The staff were so friendly, and the rooms are very large. Still, some parts of my room weren’t clean, and that affected how it felt overall. Even though the room was ready, I was charged $30 to check in early at 1 pm, plus $5 for parking. Just be aware of those possible extra costs. I’m not sure I’d come back.
