The location was close to our venue, though getting into the lot was a little tricky the first time. The rooms are old but have a mini kitchenette and full refrigerator, which seems decent for a hotel with live-in residents. Check-in was through a kiosk, with a person appearing on screen; it dispensed the keys and receipt, and worked well. Sky helped us through the process. That's the one bright spot besides the location. The TV ran on WiFi and was out most of the time, so we went to see the town instead. Water pressure was very low, the toilet drained slowly, and the sink was slow too. The tub had decent pressure but looked dirty, which was the worst part. We just washed up and waited to shower at home. There was an overwhelming marijuana smell throughout the hotel. It's supposed to be smoke-free, though I assume smells can linger on guests. My mother had a terrible reaction to it. We likely won't stay again because of the odor, WiFi issues, and poor water pressure. Bring your own pillows too.

The rooms were dirty and outdated, and left a lot to be desired. I was disappointed and had to leave in the middle of the night with my teenage son. I did get a refund, but rooms should be clean and kept to a proper standard. Someone else traveling with me had the same problem, and another woman said her toilet didn't work. Everyone can't be wrong. Do better.

The room itself is nice, but I noticed a few things: the TV remote was broken, there was no TV cable, and some wall patching looked only half finished. The busy intersection nearby also made it somewhat difficult to get into the parking lot. I had to watch for merging traffic before making the quick turn. Those are a few observations since I got here.

Check-in was ridiculous because no one was sitting at the front desk; you had to talk to someone through a computer screen and submit facial recognition and your ID. The building has an ATM, but it doesn't work. I paid through a third-party app, which didn't mention an extra $50 deposit in case the room is damaged. I still had to pay it to continue checking in. I've never been to a studio without a choice between smoking and non-smoking rooms, yet smoking in the room carries a $200 fine.
