The owners are very nice, and the house has a quaint feel, with just two guest rooms. We had a parking spot saved in the driveway, so there was no time wasted looking for a place to park. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with strong wifi and Roku on the TV. Breakfast in the morning was enjoyable too. It was my first B&B stay, and the Kitt Shepley Guest House made a great first impression. The location is excellent, just a short walk from downtown Newport. I’d highly recommend it.
