An old-school motel, but clean and a great deal when all you need is a place to sleep. They were nearly full and still gave us a double room for the single-room price. Don’t let the negative reviews put you off. You rest, then get back on your way. Nothing wrong with that at a low-price motel.

The location was the only good part of our stay. Four nights cost $356 for my husband, me, and our dog, and the pictures looked nothing like the rooms. Our supposed king bed was queen-sized, and the “blanket” was a curtain. The room smelled of stale cigarettes and mold, the fridge freezer had old bacon and cheese in it, and the air conditioner leaked water onto the floor. We had no real blanket and I froze the first night. I’d booked a king room a week ahead, listed as pet-friendly, for my mother-in-law’s funeral. The woman who took the booking asked when we’d arrive, then called to confirm 40 minutes before we got there. At check-in, she said they had to clean every other day because we were staying four nights, whether we wanted it or not. She also said breakfast was canceled because of covid. While we were out, they cleaned and left the door wide open. My iwatch, tablet, work phone, and laptop were on the nightstand. I was scared to leave again in case something went missing. We took out our trash and made the bed ourselves, and were barely in the room except to sleep and shower. The staff were friendly but dumb as a rock. I couldn’t wait to leave. I’ll never come back and suggest everyone stay away.

We stayed July 26th, 2020 with three other guests, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We had to cancel a room at the last minute, and they handled it without a problem. They were firm about no smoking and no pets, which was totally fine with us. We like beer and cigarettes outside. Be respectful and clean up after yourself, and you’ll have a great time. I’ll stay here again and again and again! 😍😍😍

The customer service was friendly and polite, and the price was affordable. Our room was very clean, with fresh, comfortable beds. It was quiet enough that we slept through the night. There was fresh coffee and breakfast food in the office area. We plan to stop here overnight on another trip.
